  1. Q: Do I need any prior experience to join a boxing class?
    A: No — our boxing classes are designed for all levels, from total beginners to experienced boxers. Coaches adjust drills based on your level so you can progress at your own pace.

  2. Q: What gear do I need to bring to boxing class?
    A: Bring hand wraps, gloves (if you already own them), athletic shoes, water, and a towel. If you don’t have gear, we have wraps and gloves available for rent or purchase.

  3. Q: How often should I take boxing classes to see results?
    A: We recommend joining 3–4 classes per week to balance technique, conditioning, and rest. Consistency is key.

  4. Q: What will a typical boxing class include?
    A: Classes often start with warm-up footwork & shadowboxing, then move into drills (defense, combos), partner or pad work, conditioning, and cool-down. Coaches will explain each drill at the start.

  5. Q: Can I switch between boxing and other class types?
    A: Absolutely. Most members mix boxing with Muay Thai, HIIT, or open gym sessions to build versatility, avoid plateaus, and keep workouts fresh.
